The fourth edition of the Dot Next Jedre Camp for Entrepreneurial Development in Advanced Technologies was inaugurated on Sunday evening. Under the patronage of His Excellency Sayyid Saud bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Governor of Muscat, the Dot Next Jedre Camp for Entrepreneurial Development in Advanced Technologies was inaugurated. More than 100 participants are participating in the camp to complete their journey in establishing 32 ideas for startup companies.

During the 10-day camp, participants will interact with specialists and experts to develop their technical ideas and build their entrepreneurial capabilities, and then they will present their projects to a panel of judges and investors. This camp represents the final stage of the 8-month program to establish emerging technology companies. This camp comes within the Dot Next Jedre Program for Entrepreneurial Development in Advanced Technologies, sponsored by Occidental and supported by the National Employment Program.

The program was launched with the participation of more than 1,200 participants across three different stages, with the aim of bridging the gap between graduates of higher education institutions and the needs of the local, regional and international labor market. The program enables participants to develop their skills in leading technologies and tech entrepreneurship, in addition to other related skills. The Dot Next JADEER camp is a link that brings together participants with prominent industry leaders and specialists in emerging technologies to work together to plan a promising future for the technology, innovation and digital infrastructure sector.
